About the Doctors
 Michael K. Furumoto, DDSDr. Michael Furumoto graduated from the University of Southern California in 1976 with a degree in Biology. He earned his doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1979. After graduating he came back to Southern California, specifically Diamond Bar, where he has been practicing since. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, Tri-County Dental Association, the Orange County Cosmetic Dental Association, the Academy of Sports Dentistry, and is a certified Invisalign provider. He has been on the advisory board for Citrus College dental assisting program. Dr. Furumoto has also supported many local sports programs from AYSO to high school sports. Dr. Furumoto likes to stay up to date on the latest techniques and technologies, which helps him provide the highest quality of care for his patients. When not practicing dentistry, he likes to spend time with his family, which includes his wife of 31 years, a son, a daughter and daughter-in-law, 2 dogs, a cat, and a horse; playing golf and basketball, going to the movies and trying new restaurants.  Brent M. Furumoto, DDSDr. Brent Furumoto graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2003 with a bachelors degree in Psychology. He received his doctorate degree in dental surgery in 2006 from the Arthur A. Dugoni Pacific School of Dentistry, graduating with honors. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, Tri-County Dental Association, the Orange County Dental Association, and the Orange County Cosmetic Dental Association. Dr. Brent is a certified provider in Invisalign and using Biolase lasers. Dr. Brent lives in Anaheim Hills, California with his newly married wife and dog. He enjoys playing golf in his spare time.  Marc H. Shishima, DDSDr. Marc Shishima graduated from the University of Southern California in 1980 with a bachelors degree in Psychology. He received his doctorate degree from Howard University in 1985. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Gabriel Valley Dental Association. He also is on the advisory board of the Citrus College dental assisting program. Dr. Shishima is married and has a daughter. He enjoys playing golf and watching USC athletics. |
